Mum to Be Massage

A little time for you Mummy to be!!  Specialised positioning on the bed with cushions to ensure ulimate comfort and relaxtion, relieving tension on your neck and lower back. Recommened 2nd/3rd trimester every 2-3 weeks. Your mum-to-be massage will commence using soothing techniques adapted to each stage of pregnancy. Helps to relieve tension in the lower back and alleviate any swelling in other areas of the body whilst easing your mind and giving you a sense of wellbeing.
